What Makes Us Different? 

We offer 1:1 and group mat Pilates classes with a personal touch - Supportive, adaptable, and made to fit you. Every body is unique, so we take the time to notice yours, offering guidance, corrections, and adaptations that help you get the most out of each exercise and move towards your goals. Even in a group setting, you’ll feel like the class is planned with you in mind.

If you’ve ever felt unsure about movement, out of place in traditional gyms, struggled with pain, wanted to be part of a supportive wellbeing community, or just wanted a movement teacher who genuinely cares about you - Thrive Pilates was made for you!

We believing in creating a safe space and community where people can come together and share in the joy of movement without judgement.  You're invited to arrive a little earlier, enjoy a complimentary drink/snack, and connect with the friendly faces you move alongside in your class. It’s a small way to slow down, share a moment, and strengthen our Thrive community — one cup at a time.
